Dana is an archaeologist with a Master's degree in Tourism Management whose career has been shaped by a passion for people, cultures, and discovering new places.
She began her professional journey in archaeology before moving into the tourism sector, where she worked few years in Greece as a travel consultant helping visitors create memorable experiences. Her own path then led her abroad, and over the years she became an experienced expatriate herself, living with her husband in Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Türkiye, Jordan, Switzerland, and finally France. These international moves gave her invaluable firsthand insight into the opportunities, challenges, and emotions that come with relocating to a new country.
Today, Dana and her family have made the Pays de Gex their home. Inspired by her own experiences, she founded her relocation support service to help other expatriates settle into the region with confidence and ease. She understands that every relocation is unique and provides practical, personalized support, from navigating local administration and finding trusted local services to sharing insider knowledge that helps newcomers quickly feel at home.
Dana believes that successful relocation is about more than paperwork and logistics. It is about creating a sense of belonging, building connections, and embracing a new chapter in life. With over 20 years of international experience in marketing, communications, client relations, and learning & development, Suzanne has built her career around helping people navigate change and achieve meaningful results.
Born and raised in the Pays de Gex, Suzanne has always maintained a deep connection to the region. Her international journey later took her to live and work in Spain and the United Arab Emirates, giving her first-hand insight into the opportunities, challenges, and emotions that come with relocating and adapting to a new culture.
These personal experiences, combined with her passion for organization, problem-solving, and building trusted relationships, naturally led her to co-found LivinGex.
Suzanne combines a strong international business background with in-depth local knowledge of the Pays de Gex region.
She enjoys connecting people with the right services, simplifying complex administrative processes, and ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and welcomed from day one.
Her mission is to provide every client with the confidence, clarity, and peace of mind they need to truly feel at home.
